RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At KameArt, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All our pieces are hand-crafted with the most unique and authentic materials, devoting attention to details and maximum quality.

All exchanges must be processed within 14 days from the date of reception of the items. Pieces must be unworn and with its complete original packing and including its receipt.
Please make note of the error or specific defects, and include your name and address for reference. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a trackable method (such as UPS or Fed-Ex). Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number for your protection, items should be insured for their full value.
Only merchandise received by us can be processed for exchange or store credit.
If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by KameArt, shipping costs will be covered by us.
KameArt items are handcrafted in our workshop in Tel Aviv. All sales are final meaning KameArt does not offer refunds. Returns are valid within 14 business days of purchase and can be used for exchanges or store credit. A valid receipt must be present at the time of exchange. KameArt will not exchange or credit any returned purchase that is deemed worn or damaged. KameArt will provide a replacement for any defective merchandise that is returned within 180 days of purchase with a valid receipt present.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
If your delivery address is outside of Israel, your country’s customs might charge an import fee, VAT or add any other taxes to pay.
The payment of this applicables, if there is any, extra charges is on the client side.
A quick web search will probably help you find out if this is applicable in your country. To get an estimate, we recommend contacting your customs offices directly.
We offer lifetime warranty covering repairs or replacements excluding discontinued items.
The warranty not applied to Stone & Leather.
Please note, leather color may changed time after time, water, dust, this is not a default of the product. We recommend to only use soft polishing textile to clean it, avoiding any abrasive surface.
